As millennials, we have far more options than those of the previous generation. At the same time, there is immense pressure on us to take charge of our own destinies and realize our potential.
If we work hard we will be happy eventually. That is what we tell ourselves. But that happiness just does not seem to come.

Here is my Story...
Born and raised in China by my grandmother, I immigrated to Germany to meet my parents when I was nine years old. I had to learn a new language, get to know new friends, and start to live in a family I did not know. During my studies, I traveled and lived in over 14 cities in multiple countries across Asia, Europe and US. Whenever I am in a new place, I embraced the unknown and emerge myself into these new surroundings. I was lost at times but my curiosity kept me going until the unfamiliar became part of my new identity.
When I finally settle down in Singapore in 2014, the crosssection between east and west, I worked my way up to the corporate leader of a consulting arm of a global logistics MNC. While co-heading the Singapore office as an Associate Partner, I started my coaching practice for young individuals who are drawn to the unknown but at the same time struggle to find their identity in this ever-changing world.
I believe that each one of us is meant to find ourselves in the unfamiliar to discover our gifts, to truly appreciate what we have, and to live to our fullest potential.

Privately, I am married to my Japanese husband with whom I had a long-distance relationship of seven years before we settled in Singapore, where we live with our daughter.
